Can I cancel the Direct Debit if I do not want to continue?
Yes. As with any other Direct Debit you have in place, you have the ability to cancel whenever you like.

Does the Direct Debit come out every month?
No. We request payment only after each clean. If for any reason we haven’t cleaned your windows no payment will be taken.
Do you clean my conservatory roof each time?
No. Conservatory roofs are quoted as a separate job and are not part of the regular window clean.
What payment method do I use for the clean?
The method for payment is using Direct debit by GoCardless. This is the safest way to pay and you are fully protected by the Direct Debit guarantee.
Do you always clean on the same day of the week?
We cannot always clean on the same day of the week each time. We offer a text service the night before so you know we will clean the next day.
Can I use the Direct Debit to pay for other services you offer?
Yes. Direct Debit can be set up for many of our services. This includes Gutter Cleaning, Fascia and Soffit Cleaning, and Conservatory Cleaning.
When will payment be taken?
Payment is collected 5 days after your windows have been cleaned.
You will receive an email prior to the payment being taken informing you of the amount due and when the payment will be collected.
Do I need to be home when you clean?
No. We provide a courtesy text the day before each clean to let you know we will be there and to request any locked gates to be left unlocked.
We do require gate codes when applicable.
How do you clean my windows?
Using the latest water fed pole technology, we clean using our soft nylon brushes and rinse the window with pure water.
This means all the dirt is removed and the final rinse ensures a spotless and streak free finish.
Do you offer only an 8 weekly window cleaning service?
For the majority of our customers we clean every 8 weeks, this keeps your windows looking great all through the year.
